Sober Supportive Housing: Central Avenue Apts.

Completed in 2002 and developed in cooperation with RS Eden, Central Avenue Apartments is a completely renovated former nursing home providing 61 efficiency apartments for single formerly homeless chemically dependant adults in a sober and supportive environment.
Central Avenue Apartments tennants are often completing chemical dependency treatment, have demonstrated two months of sobriety and need to live in a supportive sober environmnet to maintain their sobriety and get a fresh start.
The project is located at 1828 Central Avenue NE, and on-site supportive services are provided by RS Eden.
