Stevens Square Residence is a 3 story brick rooming house built in the 1960s.  It is located in the Stevens Square neighborhood of Minneapolis.  All 30 rooms are rented to single adults who share a bathroom and a kitchen.  There is an on-site Caretaker.

All tenants are single adults who agree to house rules restricting after hours guests.  All tenants must be able to live independently.

Rooms are an affordable option for low wage working adults and persons on a fixed income.  Rents are $388 per month.

There is a washer and dryer in the basement.

The property is designed for transit dependent tenants and is on several great bus routes.  There is limited off street parking.

Until the pandemic is over, tenants will all be referred from a Hennepin County shelter hotel.
